Request a correction

CheckoutSignal aims to be factual and evidence-backed. If a profile contains a factual error — a wrong price, an outdated flow, a mislabeled route — you can request a correction. Corrections are always free.

What we correct

  • Factual errors in observed prices, dates, or flow steps.
  • Stale evidence where the site's flow has changed since the observed date.
  • Mislabeled routes, geo, or device details.

What corrections are not

We never build pay-to-fix reputation features. A correction updates the factual record or adds a company response; it does not remove an accurately documented observation.

To request a correction, use the submit form and describe the specific factual error, or contact us through the channel listed for your profile. Company responses appear on the profile alongside the observation.
