What a CheckoutSignal profile is
A profile documents what CheckoutSignal observed in one pre-payment checkout flow on a specific date, in a specific geo and device, using synthetic data. It reports observed subscription-risk signals. It is not a legal conclusion, not a scam or fraud label, and does not determine whether your company violated the law.
Your right of response
- Add a company response that appears on the profile alongside the observation.
- Request a factual correction if a price, date, or flow detail is wrong or outdated.
- Point us to a changed flow so we can re-observe and update the observed date.
Company responses and corrections are always free. CheckoutSignal does not offer paid

What we will not do
We will not remove an accurately documented observation in exchange for payment, and we will not overstate findings. Our goal is a factual, dated, evidence-backed record with your response attached.
