Guides / dispute (chargeback)
Disputing a charge with your bank
Short answer
Banks expect you to try the merchant first. If support doesn't resolve it, dispute the
charge citing the gap between what was advertised and what was disclosed — with dates
and screenshots. The descriptor on your statement may not match the site name.
